Mike McFarland
President
A native of Nebraska was raised in Lincoln and has extensive international sales, marketing, and overall business experience. Prior to forming Norland, McFarland was employed by a local water purification company for approximately 15 years. His last position was as Vice President of International. He has traveled extensively throughout the Pacific Rim, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Samuel Noordhoff
Vice President
A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan who grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. Sam worked for a major direct-sales company prior to starting several businesses in Taipei. His proficiency in Mandarin and Taiwanese Chinese dialects is a major plus in developing and maintaining relationships in Asia.
Bruce Kucera
Vice President, Sales
After playing professional basketball in Australia, Bruce started and operated a successful advertising business. He has extensive experience in marketing and promotion of a variety of products including bottled water. Bruce has nearly 30 years of experience in setting up persons in their own bottled water business. He has written numerous magazine articles on the bottled water business for start-up operations. Bruce is active in the daily functions of the company.
Adam Kosmicki
Director, Engineering & Customer Services
A native of Loup City, Nebraska with a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNL. Adam joined the company initially as an intern in 1996 while attending the University of Nebraska. Adam has traveled extensively throughout the world installing Norland equipment. Adam is active in the daily functions of the company.
